Criminal Court is the venue for cases in which criminal charges have been filed against a defendant, including all felony charges. It also is where judges hear cases bound over from Sessions Court, presentments, indictments and other matters deemed suitable for Criminal Court.  Judges Robert Cupp and Lynn Brown preside over cases in Washington County Criminal Court.
