Criminal Court is the venue for cases in which criminal charges have been filed against a defendant, including all felony charges. It also is where judges hear cases bound over from Sessions Court, presentments, indictments and other matters deemed suitable for Criminal Court. Judges Stacy L Street and Lisa Rice preside over cases in Washington County Criminal Court.
