    1. All inspections must be scheduled by 3 pm the day prior. Call 423-753-1753.
    2. The Tennessee Public Records Act (TPRA) grants Tennessee citizens the right to access open public records that exist at the time of the request. The TPRA does not require records custodians to complete information or create or recreate records that do not exist.

      604.1.4.2. All customary accessory buildings shall not be larger in area (total square footage) than the outside perimeter (footprint) of the principal structure.

      Failure to meet setback requirements may result in the removal or relocation of construction. You are also subject to stop-work order and fines for non-compliance.

      Failure to receive a zoning compliance permit prior to the commencement of construction may result in you paying double for your permit. You are also subject to fines not to exceed $500 per day for your failure to obtain a zoning compliance permit.
