- Means of Egress Facilities
- Public Safety
- Safety to Life and Property from Fire and Other Hazards Attributed to the Built Environment
- Sanitation
- Stability
- Structural Strength
Inspections
The following inspections are performed by the County Building Inspector:
- Footer
- Slab (if applicable)
- Framing
- Rough-In Plumbing
- Rough-In Mechanical
- Insulation
- Plumbing
- Mechanical
- Final
Certificate of Occupancy
All applicable inspections must be completed prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. A Certificate of Occupancy must be obtained prior to the occupancy of the structure.
